Bourbon Butterscotch Latte

Brew coffee. Add butterscotch to coffee and stir. Add Sir Winston Bourbon in the coffee, stir, and set aside. Place heavy whipping cream in bottom of a class and use a whisk to beat cream until soft peaks form, about 1-1 1/2 minutes. Tilt cup with foam at angle and pour coffee along the wall of the mug to leave the foam intact. Drizzle with butterscotch and serve.
