Bourbon Peach Smash

  • 1/2 of a peach, diced
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1 ounce of simple syrup
  • 1.5 ounces of Sir Winston Bourbon
  • Ginger ale or club soda to fill glass
  • Ice
  • Peach slide and sprig of mint for garnish

Add diced peaches, mint leaves, and simple syrup and muddle together. Fill glass with ice, add bourbon, and fill rest of glass with ginger ale/club soda and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig and a peach slice.
