S&B’s Horses Neck

  • 2 oz. Sir Winston Bourbon
  • 2 dashes of bitters
  • Ginger ale
  • Long lemon peel, for garnish

Use a knife to peel a lemon in a long, twisting spiral. Twist the peel around your finger to make it curly.

Drop the peel into a highball glass. Drape one end of the peel over the lip of the glass so it stays in place. Fill the glass with ice.

Add bourbon and bitters and top with ginger beer. Stir to mix and serve.
