Sir Winston Bourbon Pecan Pie

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup, light or dark
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • tbsp. Sir Winston Bourbon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 9″ unbaked pie shell
  • 1 tsp. flaky sea salt, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out the dough and place in a 9″ pie plate, crimp the edges. In a medium bowl lightly beat the eggs, then add the sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, Sir Winston Bourbon, and salt; stir well until the mixture is combined. Stir in the pecans then pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust. Bake for 55-65 minutes. The pie should be almost completely set but still bounce bake in the center. All the pie to cool for 2 hours on a wire rack. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving, if desired.
